Jason Parish can’t wait to pull on the orange shirt again following his return to AFC Portchester.
The striker completed his move from Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division side Baffins Milton Rovers yesterday (Friday).
This will be Parish’s second spell with the Royals after his goalscoring exploits in the 2015-16 season secured him a move to Gosport Borough at the end of that campaign.
He netted 28 goals in 43 appearances during that season and will be hoping to match that kind of goalscoring form now he is back at the Crest Finance Stadium.
Parish is looking forward to linking up with the Portchester squad and helping the club achieve its stated ambitions for this season.
He said: “It’s good to be back at Portchester - a club I know well.
“There is a great bunch of lads here and the club has real ambition to win the league.
“I’m looking forward to getting fit and doing my part to help Cats (manager Mick Catlin) and the team this season.”
