AFC Portchester manager Mick Catlin has praised his team and the club’s supporters ahead of the trip to Lymington Town.
The Royals are currently on a run of four league wins in a row going into today’s (Saturday) game.
There is much hard work ahead for his squad but Catlin is pleased with the way things are progressing at the moment.
He said: “I am obviously pleased with our current form and I hope we can keep this going for as long as possible.
“The league is very even this season so we will not
“We will keep the work ethic we have shown recently and hope we can continue getting positive results.”
The trip to the New Forest will be the second of four Saturday away games in a row but that is not putting off supporters.
Royals fans are turning out for matches in increasing numbers and that backing is playing a key role in helping the first team on their impressive run of form.
Catlin added: “The most pleasing thing is the increase in away support.
“That has made a big difference and was most evident at Stoneham recently.”
