Walking Football is a fun-filled variant of the beautiful game designed for the over-50s (men and women). It is also suitable for people with particular health problems such as asthma, or who are recovering from injury. Many of the rules are similar to 5-a-side, but of course it is a bit slower.
We are very mixed in abilities. Our aim is to get some gentle exercise and have a laugh.
Some players do take part in local tournaments and walking football festivals.
We play on Saturday mornings at 9am, usually at Portchester Community School, but please check the Facebook Page for up-to-date information.
