With capacity for up to 240 guests depending on room layout, excellent transport links, parking available, outstanding food and drinks options, and a friendly, dedicated team, AFC Portchester offers the perfect setting for any occasion.
Venues start at just £40 per hour, which includes staffing and full bar service.
The Victory Suite
Our largest venue available for hire, comfortably accommodating 180 guests. For larger events, it can be extended into adjoining Members Bar, increasing the capacity to 240 guests and providing a second bar.
The Castle Suite
Perfect for the warmer weather, this space features bi-fold doors that offer uninterrupted views across the stadium and surround grounds. These open up onto a raised decking area, ideal for enjoying beautiful sunsets during evening events.
A favorite among business clients, it’s frequently used for training sessions, meetings and work functions. Comfortable fitting 70 guests.
The Warrior Suite
With space to host up to 70 guests indoors, plus access to a spacious decking area and additional outdoor space. The Warrior Suite offers impressive flexibility for a wide range of events.
The Nelson Room
With capacity of up to 20 guests. the Nelson Room is a perfect choice for meetings, training classes or intimate reception events.
Equipped with a presentation screen and a quite, professional setting. It’s ideal for business use or community groups.
Attached to the Castle Suite, it also works well as a breakout room.
The Members Bar
For up to 60 guests, the Members Bar is ideal for more intimate gatherings.
Warm and welcoming, it offers a relaxed setting for private parties or smaller events. For added flexibility, it can be hired alongside The Victory Suite to accommodate up to 240 guests with the option of a second bar.
