Two more AFC Portchester players have put pen to paper on contracts that will keep them at the club for the next two seasons.
Club captain James Cowan and midfielder Josh Clack have signed deals which will see them be part of the set up at The OnSite Group Stadium until Summer 2027.
They join striker Ryan Pennery and defender Charlie Williamson in signing deals as the club continues to secure the services of key players in the first team squad.
Cowan has made 142 appearances for the Royals to date, scoring 12 goals, and he lifted the Velocity Wessex League Premier Division trophy with long-serving team mate Olly Searle last Saturday.
The midfielder joined Portchester from Baffins Milton Rovers in the summer of 2022 and in his professional career he had spells with Oxford United, Airdrie and Dundee.
Clack’s performances in midfield have caught the eye since he signed for the Royals from Chichester City in September and he has been a key member of the club’s title-winning squad.
To date he has made 42 appearances in his debut season for Portchester and scored eight goals. His former clubs include Littlehampton Town, Pagham and Hartpury University.
