We are committed to making The OnSite Stadium an inclusive and accessible environment for all supporters. This guide provides information on stadium access, accessible facilities, and ticketing for disabled fans and their companions.
Ticket Booking
Disabled supporters will be charged the concession ticket price for their chosen area of the ground.
If a disabled supporter requires a personal assistant to attend, their assistant will be admitted free of charge.

Admission Prices
Ticket prices for disabled supporters are consistent with our usual pricing for the selected area.
A complimentary companion ticket is available when required.
Accessible Parking
On-site parking is limited. Accessible parking must be pre-booked before matchday by contacting paul.kelly@afcportchester.co.uk
A valid Blue Badge will be required and must be clearly displayed on matchdays.
Stadium Access & Viewing Areas
The OnSite Stadium is accessible via the main entrance and matchday turnstiles.
A designated accessible viewing area is available, providing a clear and comfortable view of the pitch for wheelchair users and supporters with mobility needs.
